![]() After sending maybe 4 requests from two different accounts I am yet to receive a response either on the website or in my email from support. After this I decided to try to contact support about why I was banned. I did some more research and discovered nearly 40 attempts to login to my account from an unknown location in my email (I have attached the screenshots of it). It wasn't even possible for my to play as I wasn't at home for that time and I wasn't using my laptop. When I checked my email to see if I had gotten any I saw the date I was banned and it said I was banned towards the beginning of January which also didn't make any sense because I hadn't even opened Origin let alone Apex for at least 2 months before that and I didn't try to play Apex until the middle of February. ![]() ![]() To start things off I'm not home at the moment so I decided to try and play Apex Legends on my laptop I have with me and to my surprise my origin account was banned in Apex Legends, and it said I was banned for cheating? I know for a fact I never once cheated on that account, not to mention the fact that I hadn't played Apex in months other than occasionally opening the game to check out some updates and it worked fine then. I'm extremely upset by this right now, this is the fourth time I've had to explain it so hopefully I am actually helped this time. ![]()
